All of Cynheidrefawr Crème de la Crème's foals boast excellent attitudes toward ridden work and are easy to handle from the ground. They take naturally to training and willingly accept all that is asked of them, reflecting their sire’s temperament and trainability. Cynheidrefawr Crème de la Crème is a Cremello Welsh Section D stallion, currently competing at Inter I and training toward Grand Prix. He is graded with the Sports Pony Studbook Society (SPSS) and is owned by Helen Lomas of Fourseasons Stud, ridden by Alice Peternell, and bred by Kay Randell of Cynheidrefawr Stud.
Crème has consistently performed well while progressing through the levels. He placed in the top 10 at his first Premier League show and has regularly achieved top-10 results at regional finals. He finished 7th in the Medium Gold at the NAF Five Star Winter Championships and won the Medium BD Native Pony Championships in its inaugural year. In 2022, Crème was 2nd in the Advanced Medium Freestyle (Gold) at the Winter Championships and qualified for the NAF Five Star Championships. In 2021, he won the Prix St Georges Midway Championships with a score exceeding 69% and took 2nd place in the Gold Advanced Medium Freestyle at the Winter Regionals, held at Prestige Equestrian.
Crème is renowned for his exceptional temperament and kind nature, making him a true gentleman both under saddle and on the ground. He thrives in his training and shows real talent in his changes and emerging piaffe, already excelling in his medium and extended trot. Standing at 14.2hh, Crème is ideal for breeding both quality ponies and smaller sports horses, depending on the mare. His first foal at Fourseasons Stud, stands at 16.1hh, demonstrating his ability to add size when paired with larger mares.
Crème consistently passes on his laid-back, intelligent nature to his offspring. He carries the dilute gene and passes it to all foals, offering breeders the opportunity to introduce striking colour. His youngsters are strong, confident, and easy to handle from birth—a true testament to his influence.
His 2019 purebred filly, Ultimate Finale, earned a Gold Premium at the Elite Foal Grading.
Crème’s first crop of foals have now been backed and ridden successfully. Fourseasons First Edition has shown a kind and willing temperament, working confidently on the flat, schooling over 1.05m show jumps, and tackling cross-country fences, ditches, banks, and water with boldness. In 2021, he qualified for the Unaffiliated Eventing Championships and will be aimed at BE100 with a few Novice tracks. He also loves hunting—always the perfect gentleman and a superb hedge-hopper.
Fourseasons Mr Whippy, a pure-bred Section D, is an enthusiastic and reliable partner. He gives his all to every task and takes challenges in his stride. His owner praises his calm, sensible nature and excellent temperament, saying: “He has been a dream ever since I bought him at 14 months old.”
Fourseasons Forever Graceful, out of Brackenspa Forever Furst, earned an impressive High Gold in the 2025 Futurity Evaluations, and Fourseasons Honeymoon, out of Cefn Brides Favour, further showcased Crème’s quality by achieving an Elite rating in the same evaluations.
Crème also boasts excellent fertility, with semen maintaining a 75% motility rate 48 hours after collection, making him ideal for mares that can be more challenging to settle. He is available via AI (frozen). Stud fee: £550 (excluding postage). Semen is collected and dispatched directly from B & W Willesley Stud & Reproduction Services. A £50 discount (stud fee only) is offered to the first three mares booked with a deposit for the 2026 season.
